From MOMs Organic Market
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
1 to 2 tbsp. mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1/8 cup minced green olives (stuffed or seasoned)
1 tsp. dried tarragon or 1 tbsp. fresh tarragon, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients gently. Add salt and pepper to taste.
