Another MOMs Organic Market recipe.
1/2 cup green olives
2 tsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 oz. smoked mozzarella
4 roasted red peppers, chopped
Mix above ingredients in a small bowl. Top 12 slices gluten-free bread a basil lean and then with mixture. Place under broiled until cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
