1 small container Greek yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic
Paprika
Salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
Process all ingredients in a food processor. Prepare topping, below.

parsley, chopped fine

Mix red pepper and parsley. Sprinkle over hummus and add a pinch of sugar and drizzle with olive oil. Delicious!
